Dylan has effectively been in the coffee industry his entire life,Ā and about 10 years ago started working in the family business. Recently, Dylan took 1stĀ place in the Costa Rica Cup TastersĀ Competition andĀ wentĀ on toĀ representĀ Costa Rica at the World Championship. San Roque (also known as San Roque Kenia or Kenia) is a mutation of Kenyan variety SL-28, that first occurred in Costa Rica, and has since been distributed to many producers throughout the country.Ā Similar toĀ SL-28, San Roque has a bright fruit acidity, with a complexityĀ similar toĀ cola.Ā
