Located at 1450 ā 1670 masl in the Apaneca-IlamatepecĀ mountain range, Siberia boasts a reputable history. Former COE (Cup of Excellence)Ā winners come from this very same farm. We were mighty impressed this year with theĀ quality of Siberia and secured the washed, āglazedā (new process) and natural processesĀ from the same farm, all Red Bourbon.
